(1) That

by some, as
being sexually oriented, and that this does not offend you.
(3) That the
contents and materials that I may encounter within the Shadow Players website
are not to be
viewed by minors
under any circumstances.
(4) That the
username / password issued to you by Shadow Players is not to be shared
with others and,
if your username
/ password is used by others to access this site you forfeit your membership
and are not
eligible for
any form of refund.
(5) That you
understand that your membership is recurring, and that unless instructed
otherwise, your credit
card will be
re-billed every 30 days from the first day that you joined.
(6) That if you
do not want to be renewed after the first 30 day membership, or any
time after, e-mail us at
techsupport@shadowplayers.com
providing your username and the e-mail address
you used to join with, requesting that you are
NOT billed again at your renewal date.
You must also send this e-mail at least 3 days
before you are scheduled to be re-billed,
so that we receive this e-mail not less than
two days before the re-bill. You agree that
if we don't receive this mail inside this
time limit, you may be re-billed and no refund
will be offered under
these circumstances!
(7) The credit
card you use to join shadowplayers.com is your own.
(8) That any
information given when joining is correct and not false in any way.
This includes
fake email address, or not giving your name.
If you do
provide false information you may forfeit your membership -- no refund.
(9) You understand
all of the above terms and conditions, and will adhere to them.
Failure to comply
may result in forfeit of membership with no refund.
(10) Due to the
nature of this type of subscription service, REFUNDS ARE NOT BE OFFERED.
(11) All models
used are 18 years or older at the time of the shoot (Proof on File). The
photographs and
descriptions
are for entertainment and educational purposes only and should not be construed
